Sleepless

Can't sleep. My pulse's still running wild. And all that because I forgot my mobile in my car. I didn't recognize just until we went to bed. (I use my mobile as alarm clock)
I thought "oh hey, it's okay, it's surely in your car. Just go to bed and tomorrow you get it before work." And that's what Chris told me too. But I couldn't fall asleep. My thoughts were running. What if my mobile is NOT in car? All my contacts and a lot of photos would be lost! PANIC!

So I decided to put on my boots and coat and went out in the dark night. You could hear me sigh when I found my mobile in car.

How was life before mobile communications?

I definitely will synchronize my phone to my computer tomorrow. AND will write down all my contacts in my offline notebook.

Okay, think I calmed down now. Try to sleep. Chris is already in dreamworld. Gotta fetch him up. ;-)

  1. Potatoes 
  2. Noodles
  3. Rice
  4. Tuna
  5. Eggs
  6. Pumpernickel
  7. other whole meal bread
  8. basic cereals
  9. Low fat curd cheese
  10. Low fat cream cheese
  11. chicken filet
  12. pork filet
  13. Ham
I could do a much longer list. But these are the things I eat very often, coz I like them and they're good to combine.

Sorry this list isn't very creative, but I'm quite tired and came just home from WW-Meeting. Hope you liked it anyway. :)

Headachy

I have a fucking headache. Don't know why. Can't be coz of less drinking, I had my one a half liter water today. Maybe I'm just too tired. Didn't sleep well last night. I'm knackered. Don't feel good.

But it makes me smile watching Hubby playing and cuddling with our bunny. I just love them to pieces.

Think I better go to bed know. Quiet tired.

I'm back

Folks, I'm back.
Think it could help me to get through all struggles of life to just shout out it loud (well, more or less)

My newest thing is my own weightloss challenge: Getting rid of 10 pounds till christmas/my b-day.
Hope I'll have enough consistence to keep on my points plan.

Thursday is weigh-in day. So we'll see if see first "new" week was okay...

As time goes by...

Long time no see...

I think I really should write a little more. I have to find a way to get "my day out of my mind". And how could it be better than writing everything down? And by the way:I really need to write a bit more in english for not to forget how to do... ;o)
